We should live in the present, most of the smart people and wise men tell this piece of advice. I live in present, and future and even in the past at once. It may not sound as wise as a wise man’s advice but it is fun. It is like a curry with lot of spices. You may not enjoy individual flavours but you will enjoy the experience and seldom will you get bored.
People have individual choices and likings. I have my own of the same. Some people go straight, some go round and round and some prefer running on a treadmill and sweating without moving an inch. With so much variety in the world and with so many individual choices, how smart are we to expect someone else to have similar choices as us. And if by any chance we happen to get such people we thank our stars for it. Our star is sun. Thank you sun.
It is amazing that everything is beautiful in the same proportion as it is ugly. The beautiful sky, the rivers flowing towards the sea, the land with various characteristics at various places, the changing seasons; looking at all this, one almost becomes sure of existence of god.
Money is like artificial sweetener. It can give you lighting but not sunshine. It can give you air-conditioning but no cool breeze. It can get you women but not necessarily their love. Real wealth is not money. Money is just a survival tool. Real wealth is to be able to live as you wish. It is good to have individual choices. But a man is richest when he doesn’t need money. This is actually possible, although extremely difficult in today’s scenario. Economics and finance are two of the few subjects we just peed on. Now just don’t tell me that pee is liquidity.
