Examination of a manimal

Man is a social animal. We are taught this thing in school. I am a man, and thus a social animal. If a man is not social, is he an animal? This is a point to ponder on. If a man is social and still not social ; if a man doesn’t like other humans but still loves them based on their individual qualities, what would he be? Almost social animal?

There are a thousand things to be grateful about, and so many more things to be angry and sad about. Corruption is the right of high and mighty, and sin and a crime for the lower ones.
Some things are corrigible, they can be amended in right time to prevent damage, other things are way beyond any sort of repair.

A positive outlook of life is what humans and animals are designed for. But then life is designed by god to test humans (peace be upon me), and thus negativity invades the psyche. Some people have the tendency to swim against the current, and some have the not so special talent of going with the flow. A careful assortment of qualities and vices to engage oneself in different experiences and at the same time aiming to be completely reluctant to assuage the effects of it on one’s tender self.
A continuous self-examination, and pushing one’s own limits tends to corrode the self, and make one prone to disdain of others.

Sometimes in a vain attempt to kill or conquer one’s ego, one scatters it in a thousand places. Each dismembered piece of the ego becomes an artefact, and much to other people’s consternation this intricate wreck still manages to function under the unclear boundaries of normalcy.
It is here the difference between man and animal becomes clear, and the biblical fact that god made man in his own image becomes amusing.
