A rose blooms
When it’s winter,
Dew drops on its petals;
Fire in the fireplace
Sends love signals to the chimney,
Where it writes love letters to the sky;
You rain over me
Like rosewater pouring in a thunderstorm,
Seeping into the pores of my skin;
I’ll give you my soul
To fulfil my void,
I’ll be the vacuum and you, my substance.
