Hygiene
It's like you are living two parallel lives. One what it is, and one what could have been. Maybe three, one what it is, one what could have been and one what it actually is. You saw heaven collapsing in front of you. You were there on the ground back then looking up at the castles in air where everything is permitted. You saw the falling debris of collapsing heaven, some falling too near to you that you ended up thanking God for not getting crushed. A piece of heaven falls near the manhole and you look at it and examine like an archaeologist. You look at the manhole cover embossed with a brand that promises civic duty and you lift the manhole cover and look inside the manhole to find hell. A hell where everything is permitted just in a different manner than the heaven. You climb in the hell to find that a secret passage goes from the underground hell to the crumbling heaven in the sky, through thin air. The passage is one way, the residents of heaven come from heaven here for spending some of their weekends, not all. You look around and you see a woman squatting and peeing trying to quench the fire underneath her, but it is hell and there is just too much fire and no amount of pee is going to quell it. You see all kinds of things happening, everything is permitted in hell too, remember? But not for all, just for some. You have seen enough and you try to get out the same way you came through the manhole but as you climb the ladder to the ground someone grabs your legs, you look down from the ladder halfway but you see no one just darkness, you pull yourself up getting yourself out of the manhole and you cover the manhole with the cover hastily. You try to get up but realise that your legs are not there, they got pulled into the hell, as you grieve a shining piece of heaven falls besides you from the sky.
