Summit

There is one thing that I'm glad about in life is that my soul is intact. It's a big deal in today's world. Finding your own voice, among the voices in your head, especially in today's political scenario is extremely difficult, and I'm glad that I was able to do it. When you find your authentic voice inside you, it is only then you can be sure that you are saying exactly what you mean to say, and it is upon you to find your authentic voice among the sociopolitical chatter in your head. Humour and jokes in today's world come with consequences, and thus if you want to be humourous you have to commit to it. I have indulged in mindless humour, and though it was never ill intentioned I have born severe consequences for it. So there is one thing to realise in today's world, intentions do not matter, when actually it is only the intentions that should matter. There is not much that can be done about the world though. You must focus on yourself, your world and the things that you love, and not waste time explaining your intentions to others as it seldom works, people believe what they want to believe. I'm glad that I have found my authentic voice and that, by virtue of it, I can write my truth and about the things that I love. Having your soul intact in the world of today is not easy, but it brings with itself peace and serenity. The artificial anguish and discomfort I face has beneath it a layer of immense peace and serenity and the peace has reached to a point that it won't be disturbed, no matter what happens even though the daily life and worldly affairs would go on.
